Almaas) und Karen Johnson gegr\u00fcndeten Ridhwan-Schule.<\/p>\n<p>Die Lehre der Ridhwan-Schule verbindet die Erkenntnisse spiritueller Traditionen mit dem Wissen der gegenw\u00e4rtigen Entwicklungs- und Tiefenpsychologie. Sie beschreibt einen Pfad zur Ann\u00e4herung an unsere Essenz, unsere wahre innere Natur, jenseits von begrenzender Pers\u00f6nlichkeit.<\/p>\n<p>Der Ansatz (Approach) ist spirituelle Lehre und praktischer Weg zur Selbstverwirklichung und zur inneren Befreiung, um schlie\u00dflich mit der pr\u00e4zisen Klarheit eines geschliffenen Diamanten (Diamond) zu erkennen, was wir wirklich sind. Dabei gibt es keine Ideale oder dogmatische Glaubenss\u00e4tze, der Diamond Approach ist religions\u00fcbergreifend und vertritt kein bestimmtes Gottesbild.<\/p>\n<p>Zentrales Element der inneren Arbeit ist die Liebe zur Wahrheit um ihrer selbst willen sowie die Anerkennung, Unterst\u00fctzung und Entwicklung der Einzigartigkeit jedes Menschen.<br \/>\nPraktisch geschieht die Ann\u00e4herung an unser tieferes Selbst \u00fcber das Erkunden (Inquiry) &#8211; eine sorgf\u00e4ltige, ziel-und ergebnisoffene Befragung des gef\u00fchlsverbundenen Verstehens unserer Alltagserfahrungen, ganz unabh\u00e4ngig von einer gewohnheitsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Bewertung.<\/p>\n<p>Durch diesen Prozess offener Selbstbefragung l\u00f6sen sich tiefe Spannungen.<br \/>\n\u00dcberzeugungen, Selbstbilder und Widerst\u00e4nde, die unsere Entwicklung behindern, werden erkannt und aufgel\u00f6st.
