Den Lauch seihen und gut ausdr\u00fccken.<\/p>\n<p>Fetak\u00e4se gut zerbr\u00f6seln und zum Lauch geben. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, fein gew\u00fcrfeltem Knoblauch und gemahlenem K\u00fcmmel w\u00fcrzen.<br \/>\nEier als Binder zugeben. Masse gut vermengen und als letztes Semmelbr\u00f6sel unterkneten. Die Masse sollte sich gut zu einem Bratling formen lassen.<br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend in \u00d6l bei geringer Hitze von beiden Seiten ausbraten.<\/p>\n<p>Karotten sch\u00e4len, in kleine Stifte schneiden und in kochendem Wasser mit Salz und Zucker blanchieren. Karotten mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Knoblauch w\u00fcrzen und mit etwas gebr\u00e4unter Butter betr\u00e4ufeln.<\/p>\n<p>Quinoa in Salzwasser circa 20 Minuten kochen, seihen und in einer Pfanne mit Butter anr\u00f6sten. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l abschmecken.<\/p>\n<p>Gew\u00fcrfelte Zwiebel in Butter d\u00fcnsten und mit Mehl eine Schwitze zubereiten, die mit Gem\u00fcsefond aufgegossen wird. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und etwas Knoblauch w\u00fcrzen.
