Neu sind dabei zwei Dinge: Erstens geht es, anders als bei Familien- oder Systemaufstellungen, nicht um Beziehungen zu anderen Menschen oder den Platz und die Rolle in einem System, sondern einzig und allein um den einzelnen Menschen und dessen innere Haltung zu sich selbst. Zweitens werden den Stellvertretern in einer LIP-Aufstellung feste Pl\u00e4tze zugewiesen. Diese Pl\u00e4tze ergeben sich aus Wilfried Nelles\u2018 Theorie der Entwicklung des menschlichen Bewusstseins und den darin beschriebenen (sieben) Lebens- und Bewusstseinsstufen.<\/p>\n<p>Der LIP beruht auf der Einsicht, dass unser Leben mit allem, was sich darin ereignet hat, v\u00f6llig alternativlos ist, und dass in diesem Sinne alles \u201erichtig\u201c ist, wie es ist und wie es war. Zweitens folgt er der Erkenntnis, dass die Vergangenheit \u2013 au\u00dfer in unseren K\u00f6pfen \u2013 nicht existiert. Die Vergangenheit ist das, was vergangen ist, und wenn es vergangen ist, existiert es nicht mehr. Alles, was existiert, ist jetzt. Die Vergangenheit belastet uns nur in dem Ma\u00dfe, in dem wir (oft unbewusst, z.B. infolge eines Traumas) tief im Innern nicht realisiert haben, dass sie vorbei ist, oder ihr Bedeutung verleihen, weil wir sie nicht loslassen wollen. Daher liegt der gesamte Fokus der Arbeit im Jetzt. Wir schauen zwar auf fr\u00fchere Lebensstufen (die Zeit im Mutterleib, die Kindheit und die Jugend), aber nur in der Weise, dass wir das, was sich zeigt, er-innern (das hei\u00dft, es zu uns nehmen ohne jede Ver\u00e4nderung). Die Ursache f\u00fcr unsere Probleme wird nicht in den Ereignissen selbst gesehen, sondern einzig und allein darin, wie wir jetzt dazu stehen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ungeborene, das Kind und der \/ die Jugendliche und ihre Geschichte werden gelassen, wie sie waren \u2013 ohne Bedauern, ohne Vorwurf, ohne Reue, ohne Scham. In diesem Gelassen-Werden werden sie gelassen, das hei\u00dft, sie entspannen sich vollkommen. Damit entspannt sich auch die Spannung im erwachsenen Klienten und er kommt in Einklang mit sich, wie er heute ist und mit allem, was dorthin gef\u00fchrt hat. Zugleich kommt er in Kontakt mit dem, was in ihm als (geistiger) Same angelegt ist: seinem ganz eigenen, urspr\u00fcnglichen Potential, und der Weg wird frei, dass sich dieses Potential voll entfalten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Der LIP wird vielfach als neues oder spezielles \u201eAufstellungsformat\u201c angesehen. Das ist er zwar auch, aber das ist nur die Oberfl\u00e4che. Damit sich unser Leben wirklich in unserem Bewusstsein niederlassen und integrieren kann, bedarf es einer bestimmten Haltung dem Leben gegen\u00fcber, n\u00e4mlich des Respekts gegen\u00fcber allen Formen und \u00c4u\u00dferungen des Lebens, auch und insbesondere solchen, die f\u00fcr uns schmerzhaft sind oder uns schrecklich erscheinen. Diese Haltung und ihre Vermittlung ist das Herzst\u00fcck (oder die Seele) des LIP und unserer gesamten Arbeit.<\/p>\n<p>Wir arbeiten \u00fcberwiegend mit dem LIP-Format, also der Aufstellung der Lebensstufen Ungeborenes Kind, Kind und Jugendliche(r). Diese Positionen werden durch Stellvertreter repr\u00e4sentiert. Der Klient selbst steht auf der Position des Erwachsenen (Stufe 4) und schaut von dort auf seine fr\u00fcheren Lebensstufen. Bei \u00e4lteren Teilnehmern kann es auch vorkommen, dass der Klient auf der Stufe 5 oder 6 steht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Aufstellung wird vorbereitet durch ein kurzes Gespr\u00e4ch \u00fcber Ihr Anliegen und Ihre aktuelle Lebenssituation. In Einzelf\u00e4llen kann es auch bei einem solchen Gespr\u00e4ch bleiben (wenn sich dabei eine wichtige Einsicht ergibt, die eine Aufstellung zu diesem Zeitpunkt \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig macht oder nicht angezeigt sein l\u00e4sst), oder es kann anstatt eines LIP eine themenorientierte Aufstellung (z.B. zu einer Krankheit oder einem Familien- \/ Beziehungsthema) gemacht werden. Dies richtet sich nach Ihrem Anliegen. Auch bei diesen Lebensaufstellungen oder bei Familienaufstellungen lassen wir das, was sich zeigt, wie es ist, und greifen nicht in die Geschichte (z.B. die der Eltern) ein.
