Seitdem entstehen unter seinen H\u00e4nden haupts\u00e4chlich\u00a0K\u00f6pfe aus Stein \u2013 archaisch anmutende K\u00f6pfe, in denen er die Vielfalt menschlicher Charaktere, V\u00f6lker, Kulturen und Epochen zum Ausdruck bringt. Die Steine f\u00fcr seine Werke, wie zum Beispiel Kalkstein und wei\u00dfen Marmor, findet er in Bachbetten in der Umgebung.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Gr\u00fcnwald ist verheiratet und hat drei T\u00f6chter. Seine Ehefrau, die Kunsttherapeutin\u00a0Sabine Gr\u00fcnwald, hat er durch die Steinbildhauerei in Italien kennengelernt. Gemeinsam mit ihr, den T\u00f6chtern Lisa und Flora und seiner H\u00fcndin Luna lebt er in Nantesbuch.
