Jahrhunderts. Er gilt als Mitbegr\u00fcnder des Kubismus und revolutionierte die westliche Kunstwelt mit innovativen Techniken und Stilen. Ber\u00fchmt wurde er unter anderem f\u00fcr Werke wie <em data-prosemirror-content-type=\"mark\" data-prosemirror-mark-name=\"em\">Les Demoiselles d&#8217;Avignon<\/em> und <em data-prosemirror-content-type=\"mark\" data-prosemirror-mark-name=\"em\">Guernica<\/em>, das die Zerst\u00f6rung der gleichnamigen spanischen Stadt w\u00e4hrend des Spanischen B\u00fcrgerkriegs darstellt. Picasso schuf \u00fcber 20.000 Kunstwerke und experimentierte mit verschiedenen Medien, von Malerei und Zeichnung bis hin zu Skulpturen und Keramiken.
