August 2025 j\u00e4hrt sich der vierte Todestag von Wolf B\u00fcntig. Es \u00fcberrascht uns manchmal selbst, wenn wir wahrnehmen, wie lange sein Tod nun schon her ist. Die Zeit seitdem scheint verflogen \u2026 und wir vermissen seine Pr\u00e4senz.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Wolf B\u00fcntig hat mit seiner Zugewandtheit und seiner tiefen Kenntnis vom Sein viele Menschen ber\u00fchrt und sie bei der Entwicklung ihres eigenen individuellen Potentials unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Er hat\u00a0eine wichtige Rolle in der Verbreitung und Erforschung der Humanistischen Psychologie in Deutschland gespielt und dabei bedeutende internationale Pioniere dieser Haltung nach ZIST geholt. Er konnte\u00a0schwierige Zusammenh\u00e4nge verst\u00e4ndlich ausdr\u00fccken. Seine griffigen Formulierungen halfen dabei, dass sich ihm viele Menschen \u00f6ffneten und ihm gerne zuh\u00f6rten. Viele seiner Texte und Interviews sind Diamanten, die uns wertvolle Wegbegleiter auf dem Weg hin zu einem besseren Verst\u00e4ndnis unseres Selbst und der anderen sein k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Die Erinnerung an Wolfs Gelassenheit und Freundlichkeit hilft uns, ZIST durch so manche tiefe Wasser zu leiten. Es war nicht immer einfach, neben den allt\u00e4glichen Herausforderungen wie Entwicklung von Webseiten, Weiterentwicklung von Verwaltungssoftwares, das Anpassen an neue Gesetzgebungen, das Kochen und Saubermachen f\u00fcr unsere G\u00e4ste, das Entwickeln von Programminhalten, das Einarbeiten neuer Kollegen, die Kommunikation mit G\u00e4sten, Referenten, Dozenten (jeweils m\/w\/d), die Pflege des Gartens, das Renovieren und vieles mehr \u2026 Wege zu finden, die \u2013 so hoffen wir \u2013 ihm und seiner Haltung entsprechen und die auch uns in den verschiedenen Funktionen, die wir seither \u00fcbernommen haben, entsprechen und die gangbare Wege f\u00fcr ZIST sind.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Das Feedback unserer G\u00e4ste best\u00e4tigt uns immer wieder darin, dass wir einen guten Weg gehen \u2013 und das freut uns sehr.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Pers\u00f6nliche Entwicklungsprozesse, wie wir sie in der Selbsterfahrung erleben, wirken nicht nur auf individueller Ebene, sondern sie wirken auch in die Gesellschaft zur\u00fcck, weil sie uns Erkenntnisse \u00fcber unbewusste Motive unseres Handelns erm\u00f6glichen, weil sie Wahrnehmungs- und Denkmuster hinterfragen und uns dabei helfen, uns und andere in unseren St\u00e4rken und Schw\u00e4chen anzunehmen.
