Methodisch liegt sein Fokus auf der Unterscheidung des relativ sicheren \u201eJetzt\u201c eines Menschen von seinem vielleicht bedrohlichen \u201eDamals\u201c, inhaltlich darauf, was das Leben gerade von uns will und wie wir dem folgen k\u00f6nnen. Um seine Arbeit deutlicher sehen zu k\u00f6nnen, schreibt er dar\u00fcber.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Als Kind lebte er auf dem Land zwischen H\u00fchnern, als Jugendlicher in der Stadt zwischen Autos. Nach einer Handwerkslehre als Tischler sowie Abitur am Abendgymnasium ergab sich ein Theologiestudium in Leipzig. Die Friedliche Revolution und der Mauerfall \u00fcberraschten ihn dort. Er hat dann zwanzig Jahre als ev. Parrer in der Seelsorge gearbeitet, zuletzt als Pfarrer an der Herderkirche Weimar.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Parallel begegnete ihm die Aufstellungsarbeit und breitete sich so weit aus, dass das Pfarramt nicht mehr gen\u00fcgend Raum daf\u00fcr lie\u00df. 2011 nahm er Abschied, um sich ganz dem Aufstellen zuwenden zu k\u00f6nnen. Die Diplomausbildung dazu absolvierte er bei Wilfried Nelles und Heinrich Breuer am vormaligen Europ\u00e4ischen Institut f\u00fcr Systemaufstellungen (eurasys).<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Es folgten Weiterbildungen in Hypnotherapie f\u00fcr Systemaufsteller (Heinrich Breuer), in Organisationsaufstellungen (Jan Jacob Stam, NL) und im Lebens-Integrations-Prozess (LIP) bei Wilfried Nelles. Mit Wilfried Nelles zusammen schrieb er ein Buch \u00fcber den\u00a0Lebens-Integrations-Prozess in der Praxis (2014). Es geht in dieser Arbeitsweise um eine innovative, gegenwartsbezogene Haltung zu Beratung und Therapie, die mit Thomas Ge\u00dfners spirituellen Wurzeln in der Seelsorge zusammen geht.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">In seinem zweiten Buch \u201cWie wir lieben\u201d beschreibt er, was in seiner Beratung- und Ausbildungspraxis \u00fcber das menschliche Innenleben und seine Wirkungen im \u00e4u\u00dferen Alltag erscheint. Es geht darum, \u201ewie unser Leben von unbewusster Liebe aus einer inneren Notwendigkeit heraus gestaltet wird\u201c.
