Oder einfach die Entwicklung von einem depressiven Menschen zu einem, der es gemeistert hat, sein Leben f\u00fcr sich und andere erf\u00fcllend zu gestalten. Lernen ist das Spannendste \u00fcberhaupt und doch hat das aktuelle Schulsystem es geschafft, vielen Sch\u00fclern diese Faszination zu nehmen. Wieso eigentlich? Die Antwort ist einfach: Lernen ist nur dann faszinierend, wenn es Lernen f\u00fcrs Leben mit einbezieht. Genau das macht TaKeTiNa, denn es nutzt Rhythmus als bewegende Kraft des Entdeckens, Verstehens und Meisterns.<\/p>\n<p data-prosemirror-content-type=\"node\" data-prosemirror-node-name=\"paragraph\" data-prosemirror-node-block=\"true\">Als Rudolf Steiner einmal von seinem Sch\u00fcler gefragt wurde, was Leben denn eigentlich sei, gab Steiner eine bemerkenswerte Antwort: \u201eStudiere Rhythmus \u2013 Rhythmus ist die Grundlage von Leben!\u201c In diesem Sinne geht TaKeTiNa noch eine Stufe weiter. TaKeTiNa macht erfahrbar, dass Rhythmus ein wesentlicher Teil unserer menschlichen Intelligenz ist, dass also jeder Mensch \u2013 gleichg\u00fcltig f\u00fcr wie unrhythmisch sich jemand halten mag \u2013 ein angeborenes \u201erhythmisches Urwissen\u201c hat. Dieses jedoch ist nur zug\u00e4nglich, wenn es durch Stimulation ge\u00f6ffnet wird. TaKeTiNa bewirkt diese \u00d6ffnung indem es Zust\u00e4nde aufl\u00f6st, die verhindern, unmittelbar mit Rhythmus in Kontakt kommen zu k\u00f6nnen. Das gezielte Aufeinanderwirken von Chaos und Ordnungsphasen entwickelt Flexibilit\u00e4t und bildet mentale, emotionale und k\u00f6rperliche Resilienz.
