Depth Psychology-oriented Psychotherapy

The Psychoanalysis, which was deduced from Depth Psychology-oriented Psychotherapy by Sigmund Freud, can help people

  • learn to challenge fixations in Perception, Feeling, Thought and Behaviour acquired in early relations,
  • to recognize their resistance toward change as a transfer of their defense reactions of the past, into the present,
  • engage in the healing relationship with the therapist, allowing new experiences which lead to expansion of one's limited view of the world and one's self.

Body Psychotherapy

Depth Psychology-oriented Body Psychotherapy is – ? in the traditions of Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen, Karlfried Count Dürckheim and Stanley Keleman – the Psychoanalysis of the Body. The organism is seen as the essential embodiment of mental, emotional, social and spiritual life. This is assumed (manifest, made possible) by a physical-mental experience in the present.

Gestalt Therapy

Developed by Fritz and Lore Perls and Paul Goodman, Gestalt Therapy is rooted in (originates from) the tradition of humanistic methods and is based on a holistic worldview, in which man is regarded as a unity of body, soul and spirit, integrated into a social and ecological environment. The roots lie in the integration of psychoanalysis, Gestalt Psychology, Field Theory, Phenomenology and Existentialism. The method promotes both awareness in the here and now and physicality and creativity.

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy, according Milton Erickson, uses a varied repertoire of interventions in order to gain access to unconscious resources and to help toward a fulfilling way of life.

Family Constellations

Our lives are significantly influenced by the happy or sorrowful fate of our ancestors. Even if we know little or nothing of them, it is possible that hardship experienced in our family system can affect our own lives. It may be that we endorse sorrow and that we take assume the guilt of other family members and adopt it as our own. With the help of the Systemic-Phenomenological Family Constellations, we can recognize burdens from the past and find solutions.

The Diamond Approach is a teaching method, conceived by H. A. Almaas for the development of spiritual maturity and wholeness of a person. This very pragmatic, experience-based path connects traditional knowledge about human essence with elements of contemporary psychological insights.

Feldenkrais

The Feldenkrais-Method is named after its founder, Moshé Feldenkrais. According to its approach, the method is oriented toward the style known as Organic Learning, a Somatic Practice of Motor Learning, and thus, can be categorized in the field of Body Therapies.
